Using Still Alight
You must be at least 13 years old to use Still Alight. The app checks the birthday you enter before allowing access. It is a decorative and personal remembrance app, not a medical device or a substitute for professional care.
Still Alight provides interactive digital candles, ambient sound, custom labels, remembrance dates and an Android live wallpaper. You may install and use the app for your own lawful purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the store through which you obtained it.
Use the app in a way that respects other people's rights. Do not use its name, artwork or software to misrepresent an affiliation with the publisher, and do not distribute copies of the app except where permitted by us or applicable law. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their own applicable licences.
Your creations and files
You keep your rights in the words, drawings, photos and audio you supply. You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use them. The current app processes this content on your device to provide the features you choose; these terms do not give us ownership of your content.
Your content can be visible to people who see your phone, including when displayed on your live wallpaper. You control what you choose to put on a label or remembrance candle.
Local content and app behavior
Still Alight has no app account or publisher-operated sync service. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes local content from that installation. We cannot restore content from an account on our servers. Device migrations and storage-provider copies are governed by those systems separately. The Privacy Policy and Delete your data page explain the current storage and deletion behavior.
Remembrance schedules use the phone's local time. Session timers keep their remaining time when the phone's clock is changed while it stays on. Neither acts as an alarm service or wakes a hidden app or wallpaper at a scheduled moment. When a loved one with a sound has a candle that lights on a visible live wallpaper, the app may offer a notification to play their sound, or start it automatically if you chose that. Display and wallpaper options depend on the device. We may correct bugs and update features, and will describe material changes where appropriate.
Advertising and purchases
Still Alight shows Google AdMob ads during eligible wallpaper Backgrounds browsing, and offers optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch before importing custom audio or to preview a locked Pro item for 24 hours. Ads are not required to light a candle, save or apply customization, choose a loved one's recording, or use remembrance, and no ad is offered for custom audio while a remembrance candle is lit. Where your region requires it, Google's consent choice is shown before ads and can be changed in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can turn wallpaper ads off in Settings.
Still Alight Pro is an optional paid upgrade, sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, and it removes ads. Prices and plan terms are shown before you buy. Google Play processes payments, refunds and cancellations under its own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play, and uninstalling the app does not cancel them. Restore recovers Pro purchases made with the same Google account. Google handles advertising SDK information and RevenueCat manages Pro purchase records, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and your rights
We aim to keep Still Alight useful and reliable, but cannot promise that every feature will work without interruption on every device. Please contact us if a feature does not work as described so that we can investigate.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. These terms do not require arbitration, select an exclusive court or waive your right to use remedies available under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
The published terms will show an effective date. Changes will apply subject to any notice, consent or other requirements of applicable law. No future revision removes rights you already have under mandatory law.
